AOC Côtes de Provence Rosé
An exceptional terroir
The earth of La Londe les Maures, on the western part of the Moors, are all compounds on the surface of gravel and very rich pebbles quartz mixed with a matrix of sand and silt from gray to red, over a thickness of 10 to 20 cm.
The outstanding feature of this area is the opening of the sea. The rainfall is low, especially the generous sunshine. Near the sea forces, the winds are present and strong enough. They fill an undeniable thermal role helping to moderate extreme temperatures.
30% Cinsault, 50% Grenache & 20% Rolle (Vermentino)
Tasting notes & Food pairing
The color is light and delicate. Fresh, complex nose blend of exotic fruits like white peach, mixed with light spices flavors. The palate is soft and elegant without missing liveliness.
Perfect with langoustines, lobster and other sea products ... But also with Pluma Iberian pork or just with a strawberry salad ...
